4:02 - New Mexico Highlands: Hinojosa brings up the ball against man-to-man defense. Hinojosa drives to the basket. Hinojosa goes up for a layup. The shot goes in! And Hinojosa is fouled on the shot, will shoot an added free throw. Hinojosa makes the first free throw. Central State 35 - 29. Would love to be able to tell who the foul was against during these kinds of plays. Also, any way you could incorporate a shot fake in the game dialogue? Don't know how complicated it might be but in real world college hoops, they do use shot fakes to get open looks sometimes. Thanks.

| ok, how were you able to determine that? Is there a box or something that shows this within the game play-by-play or during the review process? Tanks Ced. | ||

How do I know? You have my word. If that is enough. What I know about the Hardwood game engine is whatever I know. We played your school in an exhibition game this season, so I'm familiar with Sinclair. If it is important to you, I would bring forward and suggest to the gamemaster to identify the player who commits the foul within the play by play in the situation that you brought up. Let me know if you are interested in help there.

Hey Ced, this is baller50, formerly baller1987. I have gotten in touch with Steve about adding that into the play-by-play. Of course, I'll take your word. Just wanted to know if there was a way you could find out such information, that's all. No need to get upset about it. Sorry if I offended you! Did not mean to do that!

None taken. There's 94 feet of hardwood, last time I checked. Enough room for everybody, me, you, old gamertag or new. Good effort bringing up a way to improve the game.

I'm "thinking" and Mr. Ced should have just said it. That your team as indicated by the game playout segment that you posted, is in a man to man defensive situation and by, probably, looking at either your depth chart or the box score for the game that the ball handler, namely Hinojosa was fouled by his opposing positional player (your Sinclair). So in this incident it would be kind of logical to assume that Sinclair was the player that committed the foul. Now if it was a zone defense it might be a bit more difficult to actually narrow down which player committed the foul but you could still assume that it was the opposing player. However, if the opposing player committed no fouls in the game then I would just throw up my hands and go away shaking my head while wondering why the game play out just doesn't say who made the foul. lol
