| Average projected lineup to start the season in II.1 (PG: 6'2" 161) - (SG: 6'4" 148) - (SF: 6'5.5" 146) - (PF: 6'8" 143) - (C: 6'10" 145) I'm looking at (6'1" 165) - (6'6.5" 153) - (6'7.5" 137) - (6'6.5" 158) - (6'10" 121) Way Too Early Predictions NYU should romp away with the title. They have all the pieces, probably end the season with 8 players at 150 or above, and are headlined by a 174 SI SF. Frontcourt is 6'10" - 7' They have all the pieces. Rochester probably 2nd. Texas Arlington and San Jose State are the next most skilled teams but both are lacking size. Cal State M-Bay may well be close enough in skill with enough size to overcome them, but they have 5 seniors and may not develop as quick as other teams. FGCU have some up and coming stars and a stud C but no depth at all. Shouldn't discount returning finalists Richmond and Marist either, though they each lost some key pieces. SMC just hoping to survive I suspect. USU and Simpson both look to have starting 5's that average 10 less SI than anyone else in the conference. That's going to be hard to overcome. |
