Seems like there are a lot of coaching change and recruiting issues around the flip. Thinking of just implementing a dead period around the season flip to void issues with processor timing and team actions.

The biggest issue is that people are recruiting and changing coaches during the flip while also adjusting recruiting points and conference levels. As a result, they lose track of why a recruit’s interest level may rise or fall.

I don't think any changes are needed. I think we
need to deal with it. Just like IRL sometimes a recruit loses interest, sometimes he gains interest (for many different reasons which we may never be known or understood).

@Steve:
How do you plan to implement this dead period during the season flip? How will it work?
For my point of view, these are not really issues, because those that do what you mentioned take on that risk themselves, including changes in recruit's interest level. I believe most of them are aware of this.

There is definitely an exploit during the flip. I've been doing it with both of my teams for a few seasons now. Other teams have been doing it longer.

You add new dev players to the pool at the prospect update section of the flip, then take away excess points during the recruiting cleanup. This leaves a 2-hour window where you can get a head start on new Dev prospects.

It honestly doesn't feel like it was an intended aspect of the game design. Nor does it seem fair. I'm also tired of refreshing the flip obsessively.
