| Maybe this is already in the game, but is there a way to move guys from playing to coaching after they graduate? Like maybe someone is not good enough to get drafted after their eligibility is done but they're still in the game engine maybe and at age 25 or 26 or something they can become an assistant coach, or after a successful pro career they move into coaching potentially. It could be set so only those with a basketball IQ rating above a certain level, like 16 or 17, could do it, plus some other parameters like total skill index, and only have like 5-10 per season or something enter the assistant coaching pool. Might be fun to have someone come back to coach their alma mater or coach against them. | ||

| +1 Not sure exactly how to do it but do think it would be cool if some former players could show up as coaches. Like what if when an assistant leaves, it auto-fills with an alumni? Plus having some just generate normally |
