After years of turbulence at the top with presidents coming and going like coaching changes in March, San Jose State is finally under steady leadership.

New President TTUHoops, is here to build, not patch. The goal, simple: stabilize the program, develop talent the right way, and reach the NCAA Tournament by 2048.

“This isn’t a quick fix. We’re building a culture that lasts,” said Coach Ron McClure. “With Okazaki, our staff, and real direction from the top the brightest days are ahead.”

The Spartans sit at 4–27, but don’t be fooled the rebuild has already begun. The team has laid out a clear strategy:

1. Build around rising star Curtis Okazaki
2. Recruit smart, system-fit players
3. Restore respect to the program

The conference has been warned. The Spartans are done sitting quietly in the basement.
