Once the people realize their hard work means nothing. Only a few at the top always get the best and then everybody else has to share the leftovers. Speaking of recruiting , I would understand if the better team always won the recruiting battles but I have seen people in the top conference lose to ones in the 6th. I myself have lost a few when I have even had every advantage from a better coach and division to even playing time at the position and the others. All the metrics we are told that matters.

Just getting out my frustration of multiple years , not seasons , Years. I am done and communism has one more causality, glad it's only digital. For now.

We have had a very underwhelming season and have had some very dubious recruiting loses as of late. To make it short, I am very much reconsidering my position here as the President and athletics director. I'll reconsider again at the end of next season and make my decision then.
