Nov 26 2048: Corruption Is Afoot - by Twolvesfan21 on November 30th, 2025

These top 25 voters are corrupt and base their votes on nothing. Number 1 rpi in the country, 11-0, averaging over 100 ppg... but we're the last team receiving votes.
They trying to keep us down but we'll use this as motivation.

Oct 21 2048: Congrats - by Twolvesfan21 on November 21st, 2025

Bluefield locked up Alphonso Harrell today, and since that's all they care about, big congrats on that. Other programs actually focus on winning the game though.

Mar 02 2047: You're Welcome - by Twolvesfan21 on September 8th, 2025

In the last two days, the Mountaineers beat not one, but two of the toppromotion contenders in our conference. The unfortunate side-effect of this is that we singlehandedly handed promotion to those bums over in Bluefield. You're welcome for us saving you

Mar 17 2046: Season Over And Thank You Seniors - by Twolvesfan21 on July 20th, 2025

WVU's season came to an unfortunate end today with a loss to Rose Hulman in the national tournament. As disappointing as it was to go out so early, it was a great season where this team finally put it together, winning a conference title.
This also ends the careers of Marvin Lindsey and Xavier Wilbur. Wilbur, a 4-year starter, went through some of the roughest seasons in mountaineer history but finally got to be part of a winning group this year. The sharpshooter was a model for leadership, effort, and clutch performance.
Marvin Lindsey was not a highly sought-after recruit, but developed into a do-it-all small forward who surpassed everyone's expectations after only being recruited on the last possible day. Lindsey played any role that WVU asked of him and worked harder than anyone on the team. Thank you, Xavier Wilbur and Marvin Lindsey!

Mar 02 2045: Thank You Seniors: 2045 - by Twolvesfan21 on May 19th, 2025

Stu Beyer wasn't always hitting his shots, but when he was, it was special. Beyer spent four years in Morgattown being the most confident and energetic player on the floor and for better or worse, kept shooting whether he was 0-8 or 6-9 from deep. Every Mountaineer fan will always have a different favorite Stu Beyer game.
Steward Emerson arrived as a walkon but turned himself into a three year starter who was the definition of consistency. Every game for those 3 years, Emerson was ready to grab a rebound, block a shot at the rim, or dominate in the post. We'll miss Steward Emerson't steady and constant presence at the 5.
