Urbana enters their conference schedule 33rd in RPI for D3 play. Definitely the best position we've been in since I've taken over the team. TPI still says its going to be an uphill battle to be competitive for promotion this year in conference VI.6. With signing of Caleb Horn earlier this week, the future continues to look bright for Urbana basketball.


Jan 19 2040: Kris Kaneko commits to Urbana - by LoganBall on July 30th, 2024

Kris Kaneko has turned away from the cornfields of Drury University in Springfield, Missouri to stay with the cornfields he knows all to well in his home state of Ohio. He joins Danny Campbell as part of the Blue Knights recruiting class. Urbana has one more open scholarship to fill, but the new AD has a nice recruiting class between this and last year that should have the Blue Knights competing in a couple of years.

Only 2 active AD's who have made news releases for VI.1 Conference. Both on terrible teams desperate for a turnaround. Urbana was able to top Utah Valley 77-56. The future looks bright, hoping the victory stirs some of their future prospects into committing.

The Blue Knights got their schedule released earlier today and play only 4 of their first 22 games at home. The rest will be all on the road. Even all 3 exhibition games are on the road.
