Today the Augusta Jaguars received one of the best pieces of news in their history: 4-star international prospect Karel Hájek confirmed he will be with Augusta for the next few years. The 17-year-old has been having an incredible season internationally, averaging 19.4 points, 6.0 rebounds, 1.4 assists, and 1.3 steals with 47.3% field goal percentage and 42.9% three-point percentage in 23 games so far.

Apr 01 2052: Augusta Jaguars Promotion Season 2052 - by FatalityMCO on June 25th, 2026

After two consecutive seasons battling relegation
in Conference V.3 and falling to the last Conference VI.6 and Division III,
the Jaguars are back in Conference V next season, with a 24-6 record in the Conference and 29-12 overall, having the best defense in the conference allowing only 61.8 points in the 30 games of the season.

Led by veteran Bruce Sheehan who averaged
16.5 points, 10.1 rebounds, 1.0 steals, 48.5 FG% and 38.5 3P% in the season with 39 games winning 11 POTG.

Another leader on the team this season was veteran Kiké Trejo with 11.9 points, 1.1 assists, 46.4% FG% and 34.1% 3P%, 91.7% FT%.

Another player who evolved and became a leader on the team is Junior Sid Bates who averaged 11.8 points, 3.7 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 1.5 steals
with 47.5% FG% and allowing only 38.4% OFG.

Despite the team having a consistent season, the end was disappointing with an early exit in the Conference VI playoffs against the Armstrong State team, which also left the team out of the Division III national tournament.

Nov 18 2051: Augusta Jaguars. Reconstruction on the horizon? - by FatalityMCO on May 16th, 2026

After the Jaguars maintained a solid performance for years in the 2047-2049 seasons, fighting for promotion in V.3, the team suffered a sharp decline in performance in the last two seasons, culminating in relegation to VI.6 in the 2051 season. Today, the President seeks to rebuild the team to be a force within the conference, seeking talent from outside the region and within the Southeast region, such as Marc Ross, a player from Illinois who is currently a Redshirt Freshman, and the newest player on the roster, Tyler Schmitt from Boston, MA. The current Augusta roster features veteran players and interesting rookies who form a very solid team for 2052, where the Jaguars aim for the sole objective of the season: to return to Conference V. Augusta aims to return to the highest position achieved by the college, Conference IV in 2037, wanting to become a team that fights for permanence there for several consecutive years.

Mar 26 2043: Official announcement: Augusta Jaguars 2043-For the Future. - by FatalityMCO on February 3rd, 2025

Even celebrating one of the best seasons in college history (37W-8L), a new era begins for the Augusta Jaguars. The hiring of a new Head Coach: Stan Beerd, comes along with the change in thinking of the College's management.

A new recruiting style is being adopted, a new scholarship policy and a new way of playing will also be worked on with the new Head Coach.

The search for players coming from High School is now being guided not only by hype or stars that each player has in the scout, it is being worked on how the player fits into the system, the arrival of 7 new players this season demonstrates this.

Augusta wants to reach the highest national divisions and to do so is trying to adapt its basketball to the most modern tactically.
