Press Releases:

Feb 09 2051: Confused, but determined - by gozags77 on April 13th, 2026

After a program best 28 wins and promotion to V.9, president Gozags77, and the Washington College Shoreman find themselves in the bottom barrel of the conference and are facing relegation after the 2051 regular season. The shoreman are coming off their 5th straight loss, and find themselves confused, but still determined. "Yeah, I am not sure what happened for us this season, we looked good last year, brought in a couple of 3 stars to help us along the way, and unfortunately the ball hasn't landed like we were hoping to this year." gozags continues "We are looking at everything, from game management, tactics, and even the head coach, no stone will be left unturned, and we will right the ship."

The shoreman aren't expecting to complete for titles, but they do believe that with enough determination they can eventually land themselves in the tournament.

"I think we can put together a good enough squad to make it into the field. We will do everything in our power to put our best foot forward, and grow to a meaningful program"

Right now, the shoreman aren't looking the part, but they are hitting the recruiting trail.

"Yeah, like I said, we're looking at everything. When I first joined the league there was quite the adjustment in terms of recruiting, and understanding game management, but we are starting to find our bearings, and continue to apply our recruiting time to the players that fit not just our playstyle, but our culture."

Gozags continue "But one thing I like to say, is the largest room in the world, is the room for improvement, so if anyone out there has any tips or tricks on how to run an effective program, I am all ears and willing to hire any help we can get to ensure we find a bid in the tournament in the near future."

Although it isn't likely that the shoreman sniff the tournament this year, it is clear they are determined to get there and do it the right way. Keep your eyes peeled in the coming years to see if we can find the shoreman's name being slotted into a tournament bid.

The pressure may be on, but the cool and collective demeanor of the shoreman and president gozags77 will be a welcome one in the state of Washington.
