Dec 28 2052: Consistency is always the key to "SUCCESS" - by MuryotPlays on July 23rd, 2026

ELMIRA, N.Y. — Elmira College men’s basketball head coach emphasized that keeping a steady focus is the main ingredient for the team's growth this season.

"If we want to compete at the highest level in the Empire 8, consistency has to be our anchor," the coach told reporters. "You cannot build a championship culture on standard performances that fluctuate from night to night. It is about bringing the same intense defensive energy, the same disciplined ball movement, and the same mental toughness to every single practice and every single game. When our habits become consistent, our success becomes sustainable."
