With the announcement of a new Presidency at Corncordia Wisconsin, a new direction is taking place in terms of recruiting and development. Prior regimes underwent local recruiting and trying to recruit the numerous other teams in the Midwest in JUCO and HS recruits, but this new regime is looking overseas to Oceania to fill its ranks while building prestige for the future battles for in-state and local recruits. This new change will bring Concordia Wisconsin to new heights with a development plan and coaching staff to maximize recruited talent and bring in underrecruited overseas talent.
